Jo Reynolds (CEO) – A lifelong entrepreneur, I began my career at the age of twelve working various jobs within a variety of industries where I learned many of the skills I now teach to others. I offer classes in business, technology, communication, circus performance and magic skills.
I am dedicated to improving the quality of life for my students through the application of innovations and developments in the field of learning and thrive on inspiring both individuals and teams to master new skills.
I have traveled the world performing for audiences at global events, including royalty and international superstars and hold a Bachelors’ degree in Computer Science from the University of Brighton.
Dr. Peter King (Manager) – a talented all-rounder with a strong academic background (MSc, MA, PhD), Pete is the Project Manager of the team and has extensive experience teaching young people how to think about their life choices and applying their knowledge to real world situations.
Peter is an experienced Project Manager and a philosopher, geologist and charity manager and hates himself, apparently, because he is trying to do a triathlon before he turns 50.
Kirk Pollington (Admin) – I spent most of my life in hospitality and have a passion for service and communication with others. I first started working behind the bar to eventually managing some high-end restaurants. I love teaching and really enjoy working with the team at Explosive Learning to be a positive influence in young people’s lives, especially helping them learn the things I wish I had learnt at school.
I have 10 years experience working for well known chefs such as Aldo Zillii and Raymond Blanc. I have been working part time for Jo doing his Admin on Outschool for over a year now.
