Class 2: Types of Properties – Different types of properties (houses, apartments, land, etc.) and their uses.
Class 3: Property Value – How to determine the value of a property and what factors can influence it.
Class 4: Buying a Property – Steps involved in buying a property, including finding a real estate agent, getting pre-approved for a mortgage, and making an offer.
Class 5: Home Inspections – What to look for during a home inspection and why they are important.
Class 6: Closing the Deal – Finalizing the purchase of a property and what to expect during closing.
Class 7: Selling a Property – Steps involved in selling a property, including listing it, staging it, and working with a real estate agent.
Class 8: Mortgages – What is a mortgage, how to get pre-approved, and understanding different types of mortgages.
Class 9: Mortgage Rates – Understanding interest rates and how they affect the cost of a mortgage.
Class 10: Budgeting for a Property – How to create a budget and plan for the costs associated with buying and owning a property.
Class 11: Property Taxes – What property taxes are and how they are calculated.
Class 12: Insurance – Different types of insurance required when buying a property and why they are important.
Class 13: Home Maintenance – Basic home maintenance, including landscaping, HVAC systems, and appliances.
